Rikos Pizza in Washington state is seeking a Cook to prepare ingredients, process orders, and produce meals while maintaining a clean workspace in line with health and safety guidelines.

You will follow recipes, read order tickets, communicate with wait staff, and work in a fast-paced kitchen. Minimum two years experience; ability to stand long hours and to obtain required food safety certifications within 90 days.

Experience as Head Chef or Sous Chef; high-volume kitchen experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Cook, with a minimum of 2 years in a similar role.
• Experience in using cutting tools, cooking utensils
• Manual dexterity and ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Experience in food production and preparation
• Ability to follow all sanitation procedures
