Qualifications

• Ability to follow standardized recipes and guidelines.
• Good food safety and HACCP awareness.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food according to standardized recipes to meet schedules.
• Serve meals or prepare for delivery with proper portioning and temperatures.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and proper storage of foods.
• Operate and maintain kitchen equipment as instructed.
• Assist with production planning, records, and ordering of supplies.
• Follow safety procedures and report equipment issues immediately.
• Adhere to company policies and HACCP standards.
