Unidine is hiring immediately for full-time and part-time COOK positions in Colorado Springs. You'll join a team delivering quality meals in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen and may work weekends. Pay ranges from $18.50 to $19.50 per hour with full-time benefits and paid holidays.

As a cook, you will prepare items according to recipes, maintain safety standards, and support daily production needs. You'll collaborate with a supportive team and have opportunities for growth within Compass Group

Qualifications

• 2 years of prior high-volume cooking experience.
• Ability to work varied hours, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Prepares high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions to meet production, delivery and service schedules.
• Serves meals or prepares for delivery by using correct portioning and meeting outlined standards, ensuring food is at correct temperature and visually appealing.
• Maintains proper records from area worked during service and follows established ticket procedures.
• Keeps kitchen clean and organized; stores or discards excess food per safe handling procedures.
• Assists in ordering and receiving of food and supplies as required.
• Reports maintenance needs or equipment issues to supervisor promptly.
• Adheres to HACCP standards and company policies; participates in safety meetings.
