Prior high-volume batch cooking experience is preferred, and benefits, training provided, and free parking are offered.

Prepare food per recipes, ensure correct temperatures, and maintain cleanliness. Assist in production planning, ordering, and receiving; follow HACCP standards.

Qualifications

• Previous high volume batch cooking experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepares high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions to meet production, delivery and service schedules.
• Serves meals or prepares for delivery by using correct portioning and maintaining serving temperatures.
• Maintains clean and organized kitchen areas and follows safe food-handling procedures.
• Assists in production planning, ordering and receiving of food and supplies as required.
• Follows HACCP standards and participates in safety and in-service meetings.
