Qualifications

• Previous high-volume batch cooking experience is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Maintains cleanliness and safety in the kitchen; follows HACCP standards.
• Assists in ordering and receiving food and supplies as required.
• Reports maintenance or safety issues to supervision.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
