Eurest in Boise is hiring immediately for full and part-time COOK positions at the ID1 Micron Project location. 10 hour shifts from 6:00 am to 4:30 pm or 3:00 pm to 1:00 am; Sundays off. Previous high-volume scratch cooking preferred.

You will prepare food to standards, follow HACCP, assist in ordering and reception of supplies, and maintain a clean, safe kitchen environment. Benefits and ongoing opportunities provided.

Qualifications

• Previous high-volume scratch cooking experience preferred.
• Ability to follow standardized recipes and quality standards.
• Food safety and sanitation knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Prepares high-quality food items according to standardized recipes.
• Serves meals or prepares for delivery with proper portions and temperatures.
• Maintains cleanliness and stores food per standards; operates equipment as instructed.
• Assists in ordering and receiving of food and supplies.
• Keeps HACCP and safe food-handling procedures in practice.
• Maintains positive relations with coworkers and managers.
