• Returns equipment and leftovers to the catering facility.
• Distributes and collects guest comment cards for catered functions.
• Stocks and maintains catering facility and equipment.
• Ensures courteous service at all times.
• Maintains knowledge of menu items on hand.
• Follows safety and sanitation procedures.
