Job summary

NAIA at DineAmic Hospitality in Chicago invites experienced bartenders to join our fast-paced, full-service concept led by Chef Athinagoras Kostakos. You will craft cocktails, manage bar flow, and deliver warm hospitality while maintaining a clean, organized space.

Candidates should have at least 2 years of bartending experience, cocktail knowledge, and the ability to handle high-volume service. Evening/weekend availability is required; certification and physical demands apply.

Qualifications

• Must meet minimum age requirements to serve alcohol per state law.
• Valid alcohol service certification (or ability to obtain within required timeframe).
• At least 2 years of bartending experience in a full-service, high-volume restaurant preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes.
• Deliver warm, attentive hospitality to guests at the bar and service well.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, allergens, cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits.
• Enter orders into the POS and process payments per procedures.
• Collaborate with servers, barbacks, kitchen staff, and management for seamless service.
