Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months bartending in a full-service restaurant.
• Experience serving cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized.
• Adaptable with strong problem-solving skills.
• Must be at least 21 years old.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet guests and create a welcoming bar experience.
• Engage guests with friendly conversation while delivering efficient service.
• Make menu recommendations and answer questions about allergies.
• Take orders using a POS system and ensure accuracy.
• Prepare cocktails with professional mixology and precise pours.
• Garnish drinks and maintain presentation.
• Maintain speed, efficiency and a sense of urgency.
• Stock bar and assist with setup/breakdown.
• Process payments, handle cash and card transactions.
• Uphold cleanliness and sanitation standards.
