Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2 years of bartending in a high-volume bar or restaurant
• General knowledge of cocktails and mixology
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to use tablets, iPads, computers, and POS systems
• Experience working on a team and staying organized

Responsibilities

• Serve guests efficiently following steps of service and proper beverage preparation
• Provide food running to bar area guests as needed
• Prep and stock bar for service periods
• Clean glasses, tools, and bar equipment
• Maintain knowledge of menu offerings and ingredients
• Make recommendations based on guest preferences
• Handle cash transactions accurately
• Maintain bar and cooler cleanliness
