Azul Hospitality in Salt Lake City, UT is seeking a friendly bartender to provide quality beverage service, describe menu items, take beverage and food orders at the bar, and maintain a clean, inviting bar area.

Responsibilities include restocking bar inventory, verifying IDs and legal drinking age, serving responsibly, handling cash, assisting servers and barbacks, and performing routine deep cleaning and opening/closing duties.

Formación

• Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language used in the workplace.
• Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Must have excellent leadership capability and customer relations skills.
• Must be detail oriented with outstanding organizational and communication skills.
• Must possess basic computer skills.
• Must possess basic computational ability.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for guests and servers for table delivery.
• Take beverage and food orders at the bar.
• Describe menu items and suggests products to customers.
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.
• Provide opening and closing inventory of spirits.
• Verify customers identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age.
• Ensure that minors and intoxicated persons are not served alcoholic beverages.
• Operate a cash register and receive payment from customers in cash or credit card.
