Qualifications

• Food Handler Card or its equivalent certification is required for all positions related to: preparation, handling and serving food.

Responsibilities

• Under the Bakery Manager’s supervision, a Baker prepares and bakes high volume bakery products using standardized recipes and performs other related preparation and sanitation duties as required.
• Must be able to work a variety of hours including nights and weekends.
• Must be able to perform heavy lifting.
