Job summary

Dallas Honda, part of Lithia & Driveway, is expanding its mainline service team in Dallas. We’re hiring experienced automotive service technicians to handle bumper-to-bumper repairs, diagnostics, and maintenance in a high-volume dealership setting.

Expect access to state-of-the-art tools, strong leadership, and clear career paths within Lithia & Driveway. Ideal candidates will have 3+ years of dealership or independent-shop experience, solid diagnostic skills, and a desire to grow

Qualifications

• 3+ years of automotive repair experience in a dealership or independent shop.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities.
• Experience performing both maintenance and mechanical repairs.
• ASE Certifications preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform bumper-to-bumper repairs and maintenance services.
• Diagnose and repair drivability, electrical, suspension, steering, brake, HVAC, and engine concerns.
• Complete customer-pay and warranty repairs efficiently and accurately.
• Utilize diagnostic equipment and service information systems to identify vehicle issues.
• Conduct multi-point inspections and recommend needed repairs.
• Maintain productivity, efficiency, and quality standards.
• Ensure repairs are completed safely and according to manufacturer specifications.
