Job summary

Rising Edge Group, a North American electrical contractor, seeks an on-site Superintendent to manage daily construction activities, lead field crews, and maintain safety, schedule, and quality on projects.

You will coordinate with Project Managers, subcontractors, and clients, ensure compliance with drawings, and drive continuous improvement while mentoring crew members and enforcing safety policies across high-voltage substation work and related infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Journeyperson Electrician/PSE designation.
• 3+ years of experience in electrical construction, leading field crews.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site construction activities, ensuring safety, schedule, and budget compliance.
• Lead site crews, promote productivity, and teamwork.
• Ensure timely submission of crew timesheets and reports.
