Qualifications

• Previous electrical/electronic trade experience with high voltage.
• Must be able to frequently lift up to 50 lbs and push/pull more than 25 lbs.
• Must be able to work all shifts.
• Ability to work at heights, in confined spaces and in extreme temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate and install wire-way hangers and cables for lighting, control, power and ship systems.
• Install components for electrical systems and shipboard equipment.
• Install and test main power switchboards and nuclear equipment wiring.
• Build and test fiber optic systems; energize, test and troubleshoot equipment.
• Follow LOTO, high-voltage safety, and project-specific safety/quality requirements.
