Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Electrical Engineering and at least five years of related experience in electrical construction. Qualifications

• Minimum five years of experience in utility distribution or high-voltage construction.
• Field leadership experience managing construction projects.
• PMP Certification or equivalent project management training preferred.
• OSHA 30, CPR/First Aid Certification (or ability to obtain).
• Strong knowledge of electrical safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day field operations for construction projects.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulations.
• Coordinate with engineers, vendors, and utility representatives.
• Lead daily site meetings and safety briefings.
