Madergroup is seeking a skilled MSHA-certified Electrician specialized in high voltage for mining equipment. You will work in field environments, diagnose electrical faults, and support outages while traveling on a rotation schedule.

Competitive hourly rates from $60 to $65, with per diem and benefits. Strong safety practices are expected in remote, demanding locations and across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• MSHA Carded Electrician certification required.
• High voltage experience preferred.
• Experience with heavy mobile equipment (Komatsu, Epiroc, Sandvik, P&H).
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic capability.
• Ability to travel and work on rotation.

Responsibilities

• Keep critical mining equipment operating by identifying issues before they become major failures.
• Tackle challenging electrical problems in fast-paced field environments.
• Apply your technical expertise across a broad range of mobile mining equipment and electrical systems.
• Support planned outages, rebuilds, and equipment return-to-service activities.
• Work closely with operations teams to restore production and maximize equipment availability.
• Use your troubleshooting skills to make informed decisions in remote and demanding conditions.
• Champion safe work practices while delivering high-quality outcomes on every job.
