Job summary

Pick Your Part is hiring a Parts Handler to perform day-to-day activities in the production yard or warehouse with a focus on safety and efficiency. The role involves dismantling high-value parts, staging cores, and ensuring proper handling and inventory organization.

Essential duties include locating and retrieving parts, packaging for delivery, completing paperwork, operating hand and power tools, and using a forklift or order picker.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED preferred.
• Working knowledge of automotive parts preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely maneuver around the yard or warehouse.
• Find/Retrieve parts.
• Package parts for delivery or prepping.
• Complete paperwork for parts.
• Pull work orders.
• Use hand tools and power tools to remove parts from cars.
• Operate a forklift or order picker.
• Pull and prep sheet metal and other orders.
• Tag parts for destination and communicate with Sales/Dispatch.
