Job summary

Pick Your Part is seeking a dedicated Parts Handler to perform day-to-day duties in the yard or warehouse, safely dismantling high-value parts and preparing items for vendor and customer pickups. The role involves staging cores, proper handling, and organized inventory control.

The candidate should be comfortable using hand and power tools, operating a forklift, and coordinating with Sales/Dispatch. A High School diploma is preferred, with knowledge of automotive parts considered a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED preferred.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use Outlook, Word, Excel.
• Knowledge of automotive parts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Safely maneuver in yard or warehouse.
• Retrieve and package parts for delivery/prep.
• Pull work orders and use hand/power tools to remove parts.
• Operate a forklift or order picker as needed.
• Tag parts and coordinate with Sales and Dispatch.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work area.
