Pick Your Part in Dixmoor, IL is seeking a Parts Handler to support our busy yard and warehouse operations. You will safely dismantle high-value parts, stage cores for pickup, and help keep inventory organized while following safety standards.

The role emphasizes hands-on work, teamwork with Sales and Dispatch, and daily tasks such as pulling parts, packing, labeling, and using hand tools or a forklift. We offer steady full-time hours and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Working knowledge of automotive parts.

Responsibilities

• Safely maneuver around the yard or warehouse.
• Find and retrieve parts.
• Package parts for delivery or prepping.
• Pull work orders.
• Use hand tools and power tools to remove parts from cars.
• Operate a powered industrial truck (forklift) or order picker.
• Pull and prep all sheet metal and other orders.
• Tag all parts properly for the destination.
• Communicate with Sales and Dispatch.
• Maintain cleanliness in the work area.
• Assume other duties as assigned.
