Qualifications

• BS/BA degree in Biology or Chemistry; transcripts may be requested.
• 2+ years of full-time laboratory experience.
• Experience with standard lab equipment (pipettes, centrifuges).
• Automation experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Process samples in a high-throughput lab to meet production goals.
• Prepare transfection-quality DNA preps and NGS sample prep.
• Follow SOPs and quality control procedures.
• Troubleshoot processes and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Document results and communicate findings in meetings.
