Job summary

Zoetis in Kalamazoo, MI is seeking an Analytical Technical Specialist to support high-throughput routine analytical testing for biologics in our Rapid Turnaround Laboratory. You will generate, analyze, interpret, and report data while following SOPs and documenting results in notebooks.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting instrument failures, assisting with supply ordering, inventory management, and maintenance per schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Analytical Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biochemistry or Biology.
• Experience with high-throughput analytical testing and laboratory documentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-throughput routine analytical testing for biologics.
• Follow lab methods per SOPs and documentation in notebooks.
• Generate, analyze, interpret and report routine data.
• Document procedures and results in lab notebooks.
• Identify and document instrument or sample failures and escalate as needed.
• Support daily lab operations including supply ordering, inventory, and maintenance.
