What the Law Firm is Looking For:

  • A degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related field
  • Admitted to at least one State (if attorney) and admitted to the USPTO
  • At least 3+ years of top law firm patent prosecution experience in high-tech matters
  • Excellent academic credentials
  • Outstanding writing and verbal skills
  • Ability to be self driven and independent

Competitive Compensation and Benefits Package:

  • Compensation is based solely on productivity
  • Anticipated compensation range of $170,000-330,000 per year, depending on work productivity, position and if you have clients
