Accenture is seeking a High Tech Consulting Senior Manager in the United States to lead strategic initiatives, guide client engagements, and drive value through AI-enabled transformations. You will manage cross-functional teams, develop long-term client relationships, and contribute to business development and thought leadership.

You should bring a deep industry background in High Tech, a track record of delivering results, and the ability to travel up to 80% as required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in High Tech consulting or industry.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience at a consulting firm.

As a High Tech Consulting Senior Manager, you have a deep, balanced understanding of the industry, working across the Enterprise and Consumer Technology and Semiconductor industries. You are at the forefront of industry trends, constantly seeking new ideas to bring to our clients. You are an expert at executing on strategic plans. You consider yourself to be very adept at establishing and nurturing client relationships and are equally capable of applying those interpersonal skills to develop and maximize the talents of your team members. These skills enable you to thrive on a wide range of engagements that help your clients set and achieve their strategic and operational objectives.

AI and Digital Transformation: You possess strong knowledge of AI trends, recognizing its power to fundamentally change operations and customer engagement. You enable clients to apply AI for product innovation, hyper-personalized user experiences, intelligent edge solutions, IoT optimization, and advanced analytics to unlock new revenue streams and improve resilience.
