Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction experience in a high-tech manufacturing facility.
• Strong ability to manage subcontractors, vendors and inspections.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Schedule subcontractors, consultants, and vendors to meet critical path timelines.
• Coordinate inspections and ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.
• Monitor progress, communicate with the project team, and resolve conflicts.
• Lead weekly subcontractor meetings for coordination.
