Job summary

ASML US, LLC is seeking a Manufacturing Technician in San Diego to support the build, integration, testing, and troubleshooting of sub-systems used in ASML's lithography equipment. You will perform hands-on assembly, testing, inspection, and process validation according to detailed procedures and engineering documentation.

The role requires strong mechanical/technical aptitude, experience with electronic assemblies, and the ability to work from procedures.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree in Electronics, Manufacturing Technology, Engineering Technology, Mechatronics, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years in manufacturing, electronics, semiconductor, aerospace, or similar technical environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, install, test, and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and electro-mechanical subassemblies.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and BOMs.
• Perform leak and Hi-Pot testing and system verifications.
• Maintain production records and ERP transactions.
• Support process improvements and special projects with cross-functional teams.
• Follow 5S and safety procedures in a clean manufacturing environment.
