Job summary

Eliyan is building NuLink, a proprietary die-to-die chiplet interconnect fabric purpose-built for AI infrastructure at hyperscale. We are seeking a highly skilled engineer to execute high speed silicon validation efforts, ensuring our silicon platforms deliver industry-leading performance, quality, and reliability.

You will work with a cross‑functional team to bring up silicon, develop validation infrastructure, and drive design-for-validation improvements, with a focus on multi‑Gbps SerDes,

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in chip bring-up and post-silicon validation.
• Hands-on validation of high-speed interconnects such as PCIe, CXL, Ethernet, DDR, SerDes.
• Strong scripting and automation skills (Python preferred).
• Experience with PCB/evaluation boards is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• MS or PhD in electrical engineering, computer engineering, physics or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Lead early silicon bring-up activities and post-silicon validation strategy for high-speed interconnects.
• Define and execute validation plans for multi‑Gbps SerDes, PHYs, and interconnect technologies.
• Develop robust automation frameworks and test scripts (Python, TCL) to improve validation efficiency.
• Perform BER testing, jitter and eye diagram analysis, compliance testing, and margin assessments.
• Correlate lab measurements with pre-silicon simulations; drive root-cause debugging of silicon, package, and board issues.
• Collaborate with design, architecture, system, and product teams to improve validation coverage.
• Document validation results, issues, and recommendations for engineering leadership.
• Support manufacturing/test engineering with validation methodologies for ramp and readiness.
