Qualifications

• 1+ years in photonics or SERDES/optical DSP design.
• 1+ years programming in C++, MATLAB, or Python.
• Master’s or PhD preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, validate, and operate optical datacom systems.
• Analyze trade space to minimize SWaP-C while meeting throughput.
• Perform verification, environmental, and reliability testing.
• Interface with manufacturing and supply chain to ensure manufacturability.
• Collaborate with software for automated link tuning and qualification.
• Lead anomaly investigations and review test data.
