Broadridge Financial Solutions, Inc. is seeking an Operator to interpret production orders, assemble printed materials, and ensure quality before final delivery.

The role involves operating inserting equipment, maintaining production lines, and meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have prior exposure to inserting equipment, strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work a 12-hour early shift.

Competenze

• Minimal: Less than high school diploma.
• Optimal: High school diploma or equivalent; exposure to working knowledge of inserting equipment or running high-speed manufacturing equipment, strong mechanical skills, and experience working in a fast-paced production environment.

Mansioni

• Interpret production orders and assemble printed materials into final product.
• Evaluate output quality (e.g., color matching) to meet standards.
• Operate equipment with minimal insert load; manage sheet-to-statement ratios.
• Perform preventative maintenance and authorized repairs.
• Prepare mail for acceptance by the Post Office.
