Job summary

Kampack, GA is a leading corrugated manufacturer seeking a skilled machine operator for Flexo and/or Die Cutter centers. You will set up rails, print, die cut, inspect dies, secure bolts, and monitor box quality to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Strong reading of shop cards, print cards, and diagrams is required along with basic maintenance awareness. GED or high school diploma and 2–5 years in manufacturing preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience with high-speed Flexo or rotary die-cutters is preferred.
• Ability to read shop cards, print cards and diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Set up rails, print, and die-cut section on Flexo accurately per diagrams.
• Inspect dies before and after runs and ensure bolts are secure.
• Monitor box quality and print accuracy, including warps and sizing.
• Train First Helper and other team members; cross-train on other machines.
• Complete production and safety reports accurately and timely.
