Job summary

Toppan Merrill LLC is seeking a Digital High-Speed & Bindery Operator to run high-speed digital print and bindery equipment in a fast-paced production environment. The role supports finishing operations and workflow coordination to meet customer commitments with quality and on-time delivery.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED and 3–5 years of digital print production experience in a commercial or manufacturing setting. Pay is $25.00–$30.00 per hour with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of digital print production experience in commercial/transactional print or manufacturing.
• Experience operating high-speed digital print equipment in a production setting.
• Strong bindery and finishing experience including folding and binding.
• Knowledge of color correction, calibration, and print quality inspection.
• Understanding of paper stocks and production workflow requirements.
• Experience with listed finishing equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate multiple digital print production machines per schedule.
• Prepare files by downloading documents and images for production.
• Verify job specs, paper stocks, and production requirements before printing.
• Monitor quality and complete production documentation.
• Troubleshoot issues and resolve standard operational concerns.
• Operate finishing equipment as needed and coordinate workflow with teams.
