Job summary

Fortress Nutrition, LLC is looking for motivated individuals to join our Beverage Canning team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The 4x12 schedule provides balance with long shifts and 3-day weekends, plus overtime when needed.

You will set up and operate a high-speed line, monitor quality and efficiency, and respond quickly to equipment faults to keep production running smoothly. The role emphasizes reliability, safety, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of machine operating & troubleshooting experience.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Reliability, accountability, and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work overtime/weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, troubleshoot, and maintain high-speed canning line equipment (filler, seamer, packaging, shrink wrapper).
• Monitor production to ensure efficiency, quality, and minimal downtime.
• Act with strong sense of urgency to quickly address line or equipment faults/errors.
• Identify and escalate mechanical issues to Maintenance when needed.
• Follow all safety standards, GMPs, and sanitation practices.
• Support team operations through overtime when needed.
• Perform all other duties as assigned by leadership.
