Job summary

Fortress Nutrition, LLC is expanding its Beverage Canning team in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. This role offers a 4-day schedule with a 3-day weekend and optional overtime with double pay, catering to individuals seeking balance and hours.

The position emphasizes reliability and a strong work ethic in producing high-quality products at scale. Starting pay is $20.00+ per hour, with an additional $1.00/hour Late Shift premium and potential for double time on overtime and weekend work.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED is required.
2+ years of machine operating & troubleshooting experience.
Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

Set up, operate, troubleshoot, and maintain high-speed canning line equipment (filler, seamer, packaging, shrink wrapper).
Monitor production to ensure efficiency, quality, and minimal downtime.
Act with urgency to quickly address line or equipment faults/errors.
Identify and elevate mechanical issues to Maintenance when needed.
Follow all safety standards, GMPs, and sanitation practices.
Support team operations through overtime when needed.
Perform all other duties as assigned by leadership.
