Winterset CSD's Winterset High School in Winterset, Iowa, seeks a part-time High School Wrestling Cheer Coach (.5FTE) to guide both varsity and junior varsity squads, starting Nov 1, 2026. The coach will teach fundamentals, encourage discipline, and promote school spirit.

The role reports to the Activities Directory and collaborates with the Building Principal and other coaches. A valid state coaching certificate and a high school diploma are required, with prior coaching experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Ensure each participating student athlete acquires the knowledge of skills and fundamentals of the sport.

• Plan and conduct practices with effective use of coaching staff and team resources.
