Qualifications

• Must have valid First Aid, AED and CPR Adult & Child certification at hire.
• Online First Aid/AED and CPR certification is not valid.
• Demonstrated ability to motivate student athletics and maintain rapport with players and parents.
• Must meet WIAA coaching standards and follow their rules and regulations.
• Prior successful high school coaching experience.
• Must pass criminal background check.
• Must be minimum 19 years old for Assistant Coach Position.
• Must meet LWSD policies and guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Motivate student athletes and maintain positive rapport with players and parents.
• Organize, supervise, coordinate, and evaluate practice sessions and related activities.
• Manage equipment, statistics and written records.
• Communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
• Promote the total athletic program in coordination with school administration.
