Job summary

Wenatchee School District is seeking a Weight Room Supervisor for the fall season at Wenatchee High School. The role provides a stipend ranging from $2,303 to $3,619.

Responsibilities include preparing student athletes for competition, teaching fundamental skills, training, and promoting good citizenship. Requires coaching experience at the middle/high school level and CPR/First Aid certification.

Qualifications

• Coaching experience at middle/high school level preferred.
• Current First Aid/CPR card or equivalent training.
• Washington State Patrol background form on file.
• High school graduate and at least 21 years old.
• Attend blood-borne pathogens training annually.
• Attend a WIAA rules clinic for the sport.
• Certificated personnel preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing student athletes for competition through fundamental skills and training.
• Instruct on strategies, fitness, and personal development.
• Contribute to sportsmanship, discipline, and self-confidence development.
