Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and Georgia teaching certification are required.
• Minimum two years of teaching experience in an underserved community.
• Criminal background check required; must be a collaborative team player; commitment to closing the opportunity gap.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver standards-aligned curriculum.
• Create differentiated, rigorous lessons and assessments.
• Use varied instructional strategies to engage scholars.
• Apply data to inform planning and support students.
• Provide daily feedback and individualized learning plans.
• Differentiate to ensure mastery for all scholars.
• Collaborate with Special Education to meet IEPs.
