Qualifications

• Experience coaching softball at a high school level.
• Head coach experience in a private/independent school setting preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external constituencies.
• Understanding of confidentiality and related issues.
• Willingness for supervision and professional development.
• Desire to contribute to a dynamic educational community.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and retain players for the program.
• Collaborate with assistant coaches and delegate tasks.
• Follow safety practices and academy policies including hazing/bullying.
• Maintain calm, composed demeanor at all times.
• Execute directives from the athletic department.
