This seasonal role involves implementing a full coaching curriculum, running practices, and guiding student-athletes toward success in line with CCC values. The ideal candidate will have prior softball coaching experience and must complete a Level II background screening as required by Florida HB 531 and diocesan policies.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Head Varsity Softball Coach to join our Athletics Department. The ideal candidate will uphold ethical and professional standards while effectively implementing and managing a comprehensive program that promotes our CCC core values and student success.

Ideal candidate will have prior coaching experience in Softball.

Compensation:

This is a seasonal position with a $5K stipend and an additional budget for assistant coaching positions.
