Qualifications

• Collegiate playing and/or coaching experience required.
• Previous high school coaching experience preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge of advanced baseball instruction and player development.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Pass a Level II background screening and complete Diocesan safe environment protocols.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, organizing, and conducting efficient, high‑tempo daily practices.
• Teach baseball fundamentals through progressive skill development drills.
• Evaluate player performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Help oversee pregame preparation, field setup, and postgame responsibilities.
• Build positive relationships with student-athletes and mentor them.
