Qualifications

• A positive role model and leader for students.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement training programs for student-athletes.
• Foster a positive team culture emphasizing teamwork, respect, and sportsmanship.
• Plan and conduct practices, games, and competitions; attend camps, practices, games, and tournaments.
• Communicate effectively with student-athletes, parents, and school administration.
• Manage team logistics including scheduling, travel, and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with school, district, and OHSAA policies, GGCL regulations and Mercy teachings/values.
