Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree before your first day of work with Success Academy.
• A rigorous and relevant academic major (i.e, biology, history, chemistry, economics, physics, English, mathematics, engineering).
• Ability to work in person in New York City.
• Supervise a classroom of 20+ students.

Responsibilities

• Teach and prepare students from low-income neighborhoods to be confident thinkers and leaders.
• Engage in professional development opportunities with school leaders.
• Develop leadership skills and collaborate with peers to elevate the learning community.
• Participate in a leadership track and potential moves into administration over time.
