Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and implement instructional programs in a learning environment that guides, inspires, and encourages students.
• Manage classroom environment to promote student development and alignment with curriculum.
• Provide direct instruction, monitor progress, and communicate student progress to families.
• Apply current teaching methodologies and assess data to refine curriculum and instruction.
• Mentor assigned teachers and supervise interns/teacher aides as requested.
• Maintain accurate grade and attendance records and communicate with students, parents, and colleagues.
