Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Teach courses in area of certification to secondary students according to standards.
• Instruct students in citizenship and basic subject matter per state laws and district regs.
• Develop lesson plans and instructional aids emphasizing discovery and labs.
• Use approved instructional aids and technology to demonstrate concepts.
• Provide opportunities for individualized and small-group instruction.
• Maintain student behavioral standards and keep accurate progress records.
• Communicate with parents about student progress and classroom programs.
• Supervise students during assigned duties and participate in curriculum development.
