Success Academy Charter Schools seeks teachers for the 2026-27 school year in New York City, with a bachelor’s degree required before the first day. A background in education is not required, as extensive training and a proven curriculum are provided to help you focus on students.

You will join a top-performing, fast-growing network of K-12 charter schools, with strong support for leadership development and pathways to school leadership roles within three years.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree before your first day of work with Success Academy.
• A rigorous and relevant academic major (i.e, biology, history, chemistry, economics, physics, English, mathematics, engineering).
• Ability to work in person in New York City.
• Supervise a classroom of 20+ students.

Responsibilities

• Teach in New York City’s top-performing network of K-12 charter schools and prepare students for college.
• Receive extensive training and a proven curriculum to focus on teaching rather than lesson planning.
• Opportunities to advance into leadership roles within three years and participate in the leadership track.
