Kelly Pediatric Therapy is seeking a dedicated Credit Recovery Teacher to support high school students who are working to recover credits and stay on track for graduation.

The Credit Recovery Teacher provides individualized and small-group academic support, helps students complete coursework, monitors progress, and works closely with school staff to help students successfully earn the credits they need.

What You’ll Do

• Provide instruction and academic support to high school students participating in credit recovery
• Work with students individually and in small groups based on their academic needs
• Help students complete coursework and demonstrate mastery of required material
• Monitor student progress and communicate concerns or barriers to success
• Provide additional instruction, tutoring, and intervention when needed
• Maintain accurate student records, grades, and progress documentation
• Collaborate with teachers, counselors, administrators, and other school personnel
• Encourage and motivate students who may be struggling academically or are behind in credits
• Support a positive, structured, and student-centered learning environment

The ideal candidate is a certified educator who enjoys working with high school students and providing individualized academic support. Candidates with experience in secondary education, special education, alternative education, intervention, tutoring, or credit recovery.
