• Ensure facility and equipment safety to prevent injuries.
• Monitor conditions and modify participation as needed.
• Provide immediate care for injuries when necessary.
• Plan and implement training, conditioning, and nutrition programs.
• Create a positive environment to foster social and emotional growth.
• Plan practices to maximize performance and time on task.
• Use instructional strategies to enhance learning and motivate players.
