The District is seeking a qualified and dependable individual to provide individualized support to a high school student during the school day. The selected individual will assist the student with identified needs in order to support the student's safe access to educational programs and participation in school activities.
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
Base Pay: Compensation will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement and established salary schedule. Placement within the appropriate pay range will be determined based on applicable contractual provisions, including adjustments for recognized years of experience and/or years worked.
Additional Compensation: Due to the extended and specialized duties associated with this assignment, the position will include a Letter of Agreement outlining additional compensation for duties beyond the standard responsibilities of the position. Any supplemental compensation will be subject to the terms and conditions outlined in the Letter of Agreement and administered in accordance with applicable collective bargaining agreements, District policies, and procedures.
This assignment is anticipated to continue for the duration of the student's enrollment and attendance in the school setting, subject to the student's ongoing needs, educational programming, staffing requirements, and District discretion.
The assignment may be modified, reassigned, or discontinued based on changes in student needs, enrollment, educational placement, staffing, funding, or other operational considerations, consistent with applicable law, District policy, and collective bargaining agreements.
