Job summary

DRS Yeshiva High School for Boys seeks a Full Time STEM Teacher to join our faculty in fostering a culture of academic exploration and growth for all students.

Ideal candidates will demonstrate a student-centered teaching style, ability to teach engineering, STEM or robotics, and willingness to mentor students and collaborate with colleagues.

Experience in independent schools and an advanced degree in science or science education are preferred.

Qualifications

• Have prior teaching experience, preferably in the independent school world.
• Possess an advanced degree in science or the teaching of Science.

Responsibilities

• Teach introductory and advanced Engineering, STEM, or robotics classes.
• Mentor students in an advisory role outside the classroom.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to foster holistic approaches to educating students.
• Teach in an all-boys environment across whole class, small group, and one-on-one settings.
