Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology or related field.
• CSCS certification from NSCA or equivalent.
• First Aid, CPR, and AED certifications current.
• Experience designing strength and conditioning for high school athletes.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to independently lead group training sessions.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement strength training and conditioning for school teams.
• Develop training schedules with the Director of Sports Performance.
• Attend and supervise after-school weight training programs.
• Lead weight training classes during the school day.
• Collaborate with athletic trainers and sports medicine staff.
• Maintain a safe, athlete-centered training environment.
• Communicate conditioning objectives to coaches and athletes.
